Prices are quoted Ex-Works (EXW) Karur or FOB / CIF as agreed per incoterm in the PI, in USD, EUR or INR. Prices are exclusive of destination-country import duties, taxes and clearance charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Risk passes to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterm (Incoterms® 2020). Title to goods transfers upon receipt of full payment. Nandhi Fabrics insures shipments to the agreed Incoterm; additional buyer-requested insurance is billed at cost.
All content on this website — logos, product photographs, weave patterns, designs, copy and code — is the property of Nandhi Fabrics or its licensors. Buyer-supplied designs and artwork are used solely to fulfil the buyer's order and are not reproduced, displayed or shared without written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nandhi Fabrics' total liability under any order shall not exceed the invoiced value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, government action, war, port closure, labour strikes, transport disruption, raw-material shortages or power outages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. Failing that, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Indian Council of Arbitration, seated in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, in the English language, by a sole arbitrator. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is hereby expressly excluded.
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
